Government Cuts

This piece is all about capturing the effect of government cut's, especially the effect its having on homeless people, which is a big problem in the city I am from - Manchester. I wanted space and perspective to come into play here, with huge scissors overlooking the land and ghost like figures i.e. the homeless wandering.
